From joining Lions in Visakhapatnam to serving as District Governor, International Director and LCIF Trustee, Vijay's journey has been shaped by service, fellowship and a commitment to strengthening Lions and communities.

Along the way, he has sponsored more than 200 members and helped extend 21 Lions clubs, bringing more people into the joy of service.

As founder and chairman of 13 nursing and healthcare educational institutions across Andhra Pradesh, Vijay helped expand access to professional healthcare education, especially for students from rural and underserved communities.

Over 5,000 students have studied through these institutions, many of them young women who went on to build careers in healthcare.

Participation in Lions forums, international conventions and Lions Day with the United Nations has given Vijay the opportunity to listen, learn and build friendships with Lions from across the world. These experiences have shaped a global perspective grounded in the understanding that while communities may differ, the spirit of service unites us all.

Through service on key Lions International and LCIF committees, Vijay contributed his experience to discussions on governance, membership, strategic planning and humanitarian service.

Vijay believes the future of Lions lies in connecting generations, embracing innovation, strengthening membership and keeping service relevant to the changing needs of communities. His vision is simple: honour our legacy while preparing Lions for tomorrow.
